We think it is very important not only to train young up and coming engineers but also to spend time retraining and setting new goals for existing employees.

 

Here at L&M we have 3 apprentices currently doing there NVQ’s and spending valuable time working alongside our experienced senior engineers, who are passing on their technical knowledge.

 

We are making sure that we invest not only in the future of our company but also to help new engineers coming into the trade.

 

Why we feel that it is so important to train, retrain and set goals is because we are always pushing to give the best service and to keep all our engineers up to date with ever changing environments
